IIITM-K is poised to setup an Electronic System and Manufacturing Ecosystem in Kerala. The facility will be hosted at Technology Innovation Zone in Kochi.

Objectives:
An Electronics Incubator will be set up at the KINFRA facility in Kalamassery, Kochi, as a joint venture between the Department of Electronics and IT (DeitY), Government of India, and the Government of Kerala.
