WEB ANALYTICS
Web analytics is the measurement of the behaviour of visitors to a website. In a commercial context, it especially refers to the measurement of which aspects of the website work towards the business objectives; for example, which landing pages encourage people to make a purchase.

Our objective is to develop a web analytical tool which can monitor a specific
website and provide relevant statistics like number of visitors
number of unique visitors,entry page,exit page,most often viewed page
and so on
Need for the tool
Knowing visitor behaviour on a website we can strategically position ads so that they get maximum views.We also get to know what kinds of ads are people clicking? And what are people doing once they land on the site?
