• Institute Backup facilities:

-- Mr. JB Nair will give an update on the current setup and how it should be improved.

• Short term and long term UPS and Power situation in Park Centre

-- Mr. Reddy will give an update.

• Setting up institute pages on an editable wiki. This will ease the maintenance of the wiki. Ideas for and against it are welcome.

• Institute Information Services: Calendar, Events, etc.

• Records management: Students, staff, mark lists, meeting minutes, payroll etc.

-- One of the interns Prashob M Das is building a Students Information module Community Information System - IIITMK
-- Another intern Priyamvada is working on designing a LDAP Directory and LDAP Management Portal for the institute services.

• Connectivity between Nila and Park Center.

-- Mr. Reddy and Mr. JB Nair will update on the status

• Connectivity to students hostels

-- Mr. Siv Chand will be updating on the status..
-- Intern working on the monitoring and management tool for the APs
