Weak points in security

I am bold enough to say these:

1. Ignorant users: The ignorant users may not breach the security with malice, since they are no aware of what they are doing they may allow somebody to take advantage of them.
2. Administrators: The administrators may also breach the security when they don't monitor the critical services, audit the services periodically.
