Papers should be prepared in IEEE CS Proceedings format. Research paper (6 pages) should explore a specific technology problem and propose a complete solution to it, with experimental results. Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. Simultaneous submission of the same paper to another venue with proceedings or a journal is not allowed and will be grounds for automatic rejection.

Authors should submit their papers online. We use EDAS system for submission of papers and review process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on EDAS to log on. Detailed usage instruction on EDAS can be found here. The manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format.
Once accepted, the paper will be included into the IEEE conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press (EI indexed). At least one of the authors of any accepted paper is required to register and present the paper at the conference.
